I made this for my cousin's graduation party. I made 3 variations; the original, one batch with shrimp and one batch with chicken. They were a HUGE hit! One of the guest thought I had bought them from the store (smile). We served them with an Orange Blossom-Soy Dipping Sauce. Today me and my husband will make the Fresh Spring Rolls minus the turkey because we don't care for processed meats. We'll be trying out your peanut sauce. Thank you for the great recipes!

Your recipe reminds me of my mother's cooking. She is Thai and made Spring Roll once a week when I was a child. I recently started cooking Thai food for my family and your site is very helpful! Thanks!
